Overview
Job searching is exhausting — and disorganised job searching is even more so. Applications pile up across different platforms, interview prep gets left to the last minute, and it's almost impossible to remember which version of your CV you sent to which company. Tracklo was built to fix that: a dedicated job search companion that keeps everything in one place and helps candidates prepare smarter, not just harder.
What We Built
Tracklo is a full-stack web application with two core pillars: an application tracker and an AI-powered interview preparation coach. The tracker lets users log every application — company, role, date, status, notes — and visualise their pipeline at a glance. The interview prep coach generates tailored questions based on the specific role and company, provides feedback on practice answers, and helps users build STAR-format responses grounded in their own experience.
Outcome
Tracklo is a polished, practical tool that makes the job search process less chaotic and more strategic. It's also a proof of concept for how AI can add real, specific value to everyday productivity — not as a gimmick, but as a genuinely useful assistant built into a workflow that needs it.
